Our well known cable clamps have been upgraded to be able to use with different cable dimensions. The clamp allows cable dimensions from 6 mm up to 52 mm which means that a clamp can hold not only the feeders but also e.g. power cables or/and Point2Point radio cables.
We also take the opportunity to introduce a new clamp into our family. This clamp is able to run 6 cables and handles standard feeder dimensions such as 1/2", 7/8" and 1 1/4".
Our new cable clamp is determined for the RF cable fixation of the following sizes: from 6,5 to 11 mm, 1/2", 7/8", 1 1/4", 1 5/8".
A unique system of our cable clamps makes cable components work as a whole unit. All metal parts are made of high-quality stainless steel 304 and carbon steel C1008 (zinc - plated). It guarantees high corrosion-resistance to extreme weather conditions. Plastic clamp is made of improved plastic material PA 66 (Polyamide 66) / HIPS 825 (High- Impact Polystyrene 825).
The cable clamps are determined for outdoor use within temperature interval -70 to +85°C. The metal clamp bracket is made of hardened steel and able to withstand a load of 1000 kg. The principle of tensile connection in the hardened clamp bracket allows sustaining any impact of natural factors without loosening and excludes falling from the mounting surface.
Length of threaded stud-bolt allows fixing cable into an assembled cable clamp, which eliminates necessity of the small parts gathering while installing. This reduces time costs and demands to the staff.
